Terms of Service

Please make yourself aware of our policies prior to booking and receiving a service.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to appointments. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of part or all of the appointment fee.

Appointments that are not attended will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full.

If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment your treatment time will as a result be reduced/
 cancelled and the cost of the whole treatment will be due

After Care Advice

At the end of your appointment you will be given important aftercare advice relevant to the treatment you received. It's important to follow this advice given by your therapist to gain the most from your treatment. Holistic treatments promote healing and balance within the body and mind and the effects of your body trying to gain this can sometimes last up to a few days post treatment, although this is not certain you should be aware of the symptoms. Symptoms can include headaches, feeling emotional, feeling unusual, cold/flu, using the toilet more often than usual, sleeping more often/for longer. Booking Policy

A medical history form is required to be completed prior to any treatment being performed. Treatments will not be carried out without a completed form, this is to keep clients safe.
 
Patch tests are mandatory 48 hours prior to all eye treatments
 
We operate a zero tolerance policy to any verbal or physical abuse, violence and/or aggression

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of transaction. They can be redeemed at an appointment within this time frame by presenting the voucher at the time of payment. Vouchers cannot be carried over the expiry date.
